Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received a wrong item that does not match your order

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided
  • Your order number and relevant order details must be provided

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

Return Review

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided and notify you whether the return has been approved.

Please do not send any item back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from our customer support team.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Selecting the wrong product, size, color, or variant
  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging
  • Orders delayed due to customs, carriers, weather conditions, or other external shipping issues

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging
